1 UIDAI & Citizen Aadhaar Protection
As an authorized CSC center, we strictly adhere to UIDAI guidelines. Biometric fingerprint authentications are processed solely through certified RD services with absolute zero biometric data storage.
2 Citizen Document Confidentiality
All supporting identity proofs (Ration Cards, Electricity Bills, Land Records, Family Registers) collected for Uttarakhand e-District applications are kept strictly confidential and purged following successful portal upload.
3 Zero Unauthorized Sharing
Citizen personal data is submitted exclusively to official state and central government portals (e-District Uttarakhand, Sarathi, Bhulekh, PM-Kisan) and never shared with third parties.
4 Physical Document Security
Physical photocopies and documents provided by citizens are handed back or shredded immediately after digital scanning to prevent identity misuse.
