1 Government Approved Service Charges
All government digital services (Praman Patra, Ayushman Bharat, PM-Kisan, PAN card) are billed strictly according to official government prescribed tariff norms with transparent receipts.
2 Verification & Approval Timelines
Certificate approvals (Income, Caste, Domicile) depend on official government tehsildar and patwari administrative verifications under the Uttarakhand Right to Service Act.
3 Citizen Document Authenticity
Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted for government applications are authentic, valid, and legally true.
4 Correction & Re-application
In the event of government rejection due to missing citizen documentation, re-application assistance is provided in accordance with government portal rules.
Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with csc.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
